Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities & surrounding areas (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth): 3–5 working days.
  • Outlying towns and smaller centres: 5–7 working days.
  • Remote and rural areas: 7–10 working days. Additional surcharges may apply for very remote locations — you will be notified before dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or strikes.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on a working day are generally processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment, and a second email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier's website. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  • We deliver to physical street addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Someone must be available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier will typically leave a card and attempt a second delivery or hold the parcel at a depot for collection.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  • Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and item.
  • For lost parcels, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with the courier immediately.
  • We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — this may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Public Holidays

Please note that deliveries do not take place on South African public holidays. If your order is placed close to a public holiday, please allow an additional 1–2 working days for processing and delivery.
